Goals

Living through a global pandemic is challenging in many ways. I have been finding it very challenging personally as I miss my friends a great deal, even though I see them regularly through Skype. I expect that you feel that way too. 

I would like to invite you to this page for a daily practice of some sort that will hopefully help keep your mind, body, and spirit healthy. While this is not mandatory work, it is a life skill that we can all develop to learn how to manage our emotional and physical responses. I hope that you find it interesting and helpful. Check back as often as you feel you need to get your fix of mindfulness, gratitude, puppies, easy cooking recipes, and bad jokes.
