Bookmark Contest
We are running out of bookmarks! It’s time to create some new ones!
The Challenge
Create a unique Garibaldi Library bookmark for students and staff to use.
The Rules
1. Any concept or art style is acceptable.
2. The words “Garibaldi Library” must appear somewhere on the bookmark.
3. The bookmark must be entirely your original work. Your name must appear somewhere on the bookmark (usually on one of the edges).
4. The bookmark must be able to fit into the 4.5 cm x 18 cm template provided by the library. See Mr. Thomson in the library (or Mrs. Miller at lunch) to pick up a template.
5. The bookmark must contain appropriate images and language.
6. Bookmark designs will be judged on conceptual and artistic quality by a committee of students, teachers and administrators. Prizes will be awarded to the top three entries. Winning bookmark designs will be produced as bookmarks for use by Garibaldi students and staff.
How to Enter
Pick up a bookmark design template in the library. When you have completed your bookmark, hand it in to Mr. Thomson or Ms. Miller.
