It is through machines like the LHC in Europe that Physicists have learned about the internal structure of a proton and neutron.
This course is taken over 2 years. This outline is for year 1. Both Physics IB 11 and IB 12 uses the same textbook of Physics: principles with Applications by Giancoli (6th ed).
Electronic Devices
1. Cell phone use may become very distracting in a learning environment. You can imagine during a learning situation that a student may miss some important information and then not being able to understand course material being presented by using his/her phone at inappropriate times. I ask that all cells phones be put away during class instruction. If cell phone abuse becomes an issue then I will contact parents in hope of some resolution.
